Project scope was to redesign their single product page into an interactive experience. NOVEMBER 2020 Celebrity Skin | 48 hr Hackathon - UX Designer * Team of 2 UX Designers & 2 Developers that worked on a concept design for an online gossip site. Project scope was to create in 48 hrs a responsive, browser based site with an accessible landing page and dashboard. OCTOBER 2020 Community Music Center - UX Designer & UX Researcher * Team of 3 UX Designers that worked on a 2 week research based concept redesign for a music center. Project scope was aimed at improving traffic flow and conversion rate for their online music lessons due to the onset of COVID-19. OCTOBER 2020 Left Banks Books - UX Designer & UX Researcher * Solo 2 week concept redesign for an indie bookstore. Project scope was COVID-19 centric aimed at moving their storefront online along with adding in the option for curbside pick up. Experience 2017 - PRESENT Pinnacle Explorations | Seattle, WA - President, Board of Directors Volunteer position held at a non-profit centered around nature and environmental education for children. Role is a partnership with the Chair of the Board and Board Members in developing, implementing, monitoring, and assessing the organization’s programs along with ensuring compliance in fundraising practices. 2006 - 2009 Cost Plus World Market | NW District - Market Trainer (Pilot Program) 1 of 20 GMs chosen to participate in a small group to develop company training modules for both management and associate store teams. Led professional development seminars for NW district GM and ASM teams. Trained GMs in both NW and So-Cal Districts.
